2018 is shaping up to be an interesting year for Searle Group Ltd, as a few projects that have just started, & some we are still waiting on……..
We are still waiting on additional approvals for a 72 Lot residential subdivision in Patumahoe, plus a 57 lot residential subdivision in Hanmer Springs.
Have started earthworks for a 21 large lot residential subdivision in Te Awamutu.
In the planning of a 70 plus lot residential subdivision on Pukekohe Hill, plus a second 18 lot subdivision on Pukekohe Hill.
Out of immediate area we are planning a residential subdivision in Coromandel township, which won’t start until late 2018/early 2019.
Our spec home in Hamon Park Rotorua in close to be finished & our 6 new homes in Fletcher Lane Patumahoe, are also close to be finished.
